Mekanik Tesisat Proje Asistanı. Not a chatbot bolted onto engineering — a working environment for the firms that quantify, price, procure and install mechanical systems, with an agent layer running inside it.
The work it covers
- Keşif / Metraj — site survey and quantity takeoff, with an AI-assisted pass over the drawings.
- Pricing — price lists, a smart mixed basket, and live FX rates, because material pricing in this market is quoted in several currencies at once.
- Procurement and stock — orders, stock management and a supplier admin.
- Finance — accounting, a finance dashboard, and portfolio value across active projects.
- People and projects — staff records, a project map, and per-project completion tracking.
- Field mode — a view built for use on site rather than at a desk.
The AI layer
- Agent swarm — multiple agents run against a project rather than a single assistant answering questions.
- RAG over the things that matter here — regulations (yönetmelikler), material libraries, price lists and a general knowledge base, so answers are grounded in the documents the trade actually works from.
- Knowledge graph — projects, materials and suppliers as connected entities.
- Architectural analysis and a sector news bot feeding the same context.
- Pluggable AI providers — model access is configured, not hardcoded.
Where it fits
Mühendis is a vertical application built on LeoSIS, the studio's provider layer. LeoSIS supplies model access; Mühendis supplies the domain — the vocabulary, the regulations, the workflow and the commercial reality of mechanical contracting.
That separation is the whole argument for the infrastructure: one provider layer can carry several verticals, and a vertical should not have to care which model is underneath it. Mühendis is the proof that the split works in a real business, not just on a diagram.
Language and status
The application is in Turkish and serves Turkish mechanical contractors; this page is in English only because it sits on the studio's site. It runs at muhendis.birseyleryap.com, on its own domain, and is listed here because the studio builds and operates it.
